QUOTE(benzene88 @ May 14 2007, 01:54 PM) aha..i expect that..just checking if there's any..can join me for weekend leisure swim miss KL Added on May 14, 2007, 6:15 pmguys..i have a question here is it 'wrong' to swim (front crawl) with a kicking board put between the legs and cross the feet? i did that recently..find it a little hard to do the stroke..i thought that's because i'm not used to that 'style' but then a kid was doing the same got scolded by his coach..i din hear what the coach said but i can guess from his gestures told the kid to do laps as punishment This post has been edited by rhoma: May 14 2007, 06:15 PM |

owh thanks man..i thought it's me who's doing it wrong
yeah it really helps to correct the hand stoke and would be easier using buoy..it's the smaller thing shaped like err bow tie..right? |

QUOTE(kirakracus @ May 15 2007, 03:54 PM) You can do pulling with the kick board but because of the length you'll "swish" back & forth a lot in the water. Be sure that you're focused on your form and headed straight i.e. not fish tailing about. Think that's the only issue. what do u mean 'the length'?is it the kick board being put horizontally between the legs? for me i put it vertically..so most of its length is above the surface..people see it like a shark fin |
