Any time tables of all swimming around Selangor??? Difficult to get the time tables & price over the Internet unless site visit :-(
I would like to recommend the swimming skill "Total Immersion Swimming - fishstyle". You manage to get it from Youtube. By the way, I'm only good in Breastroke and nothing else :-( Too BAD |

Regarding anti-fog.
I seldom use the anti-fog liquid for my google. Before start swimming, I'll put some water inside google and wear it. When I'm swimming, water will clear the fog. The amount of water should not be too much as it may contact eye. Just my 2cent... Hope it help  |
