triathlon is swim-bike-run sport.
no necessary to be a v-shape body.. the most important is endurance... |

QUOTE(moorish @ Oct 21 2008, 02:15 PM) Just wanna know if you tried swimming in natural lake? Last time used to fish/camp in melawati dam and would swim there, very nice, the feeling is totally different when swimming in the lake, you know the water is more than 100M deep, but suprisingly its easier to tread as compared to swimming pool. wah.. you swim in the dam lake aaa?from what i know, it's a restricted area... the front gate lock all the time.. how to enter that place? i would like to go there also... |

QUOTE(radmaszeal @ Nov 10 2008, 01:47 PM) kota damansara hahaha.. if you know the technique, won't die laaa ...not really. went cycling. then passed by recreational park, neck and shoulders were stiff from cycling, so went for some stretching and walk. saw some hawt chicks there, so i started running. did 3 laps around a lake, then chick gone liao continue cycling go back home. reach home saw some chicks at my condo's swimming pool, so i changed to swimming gear. where r u staying? ur training for a triathlon? i dont mind training, but my stamina isnt what it used to be 5 years ago(and 8kg later) ur training for what triathlon? half ironman? total distance how long? half ironman oso around 70+ miles i confirm die edi. i'm training triathlon for my 1st event next year... have to start early, just to make my body adapt to it... i'm training alone, without coach.. just read from internet only... planning to do the sprint event first.. if i can do it well, then i can move to the longer distance |

QUOTE(alucard_my @ Nov 19 2008, 04:55 PM) I'm surprised chris. I thought you can do a flip turn. If we managed to swim together, I'll share with you some of the tricks in doing one. Pretty simple. me too still don't know to do flip turn...when flipping, water keep entering my nose.. can feel the pain untill inside the head already... so pain... maybe you can teach me too one day |
