triathlon is swim-bike-run sport.
no necessary to be a v-shape body..
the most important is endurance...

Just share a little something with you all, its a waterproof ipod, I use this to get thru my normal 1 hr lapping and swimming is so much less boring. Try it you'll never swim without it.

Just wanna know if you tried swimming in natural lake? Last time used to fish/camp in melawati dam and would swim there, very nice, the feeling is totally different when swimming in the lake, you know the water is more than 100M deep, but suprisingly its easier to tread as compared to swimming pool.
*
wah.. you swim in the dam lake aaa?
from what i know, it's a restricted area... the front gate lock all the time..
how to enter that place?
i would like to go there also...

I'm surprised chris. I thought you can do a flip turn. If we managed to swim together, I'll share with you some of the tricks in doing one. Pretty simple.
*
me too still don't know to do flip turn...
when flipping, water keep entering my nose.. can feel the pain untill inside the head already... rclxub.gif

maybe you can teach me too one day icon_question.gif

*
