dunno oh but in 3k they got offer swimming lesson geh u can ask around...aiya nd to practice geh when i first started, few month back i can only do 5-10 laps...

where u staying?i can swim in bkt jalil,chin woo,3K other places like shah alam is damn far..

i stay in cheras leh...soon i'll be working in kajang sigh dunnow where to find nearer swimming pool...

my fren also stay kepong... u can tumpang his car lo

No prob, i can teach but... like carto said... basics

There 3 steps altogeher before reaching complete butterfly stage... Don't worry, i'll share with you everything i know... but ONE thing this butterfly arr... need A LOT of stamina... can pengsan 

I also promise u one more thing.. swimming butterfly can give very nice waistline.. girls pls take note...

carto: reli?Youtube was not blocked but i dunno wut video to look for either! i think in future we shud organize swimming then after that find some nice food to dine together!!

Honda: is it true?then ar u must teach me butterfly reli hoping to slim my waist line!!

seems like vy difficult ler...I think i have get my basic accurate first...if u all like hiking..I know a place where we can hike then will reach a waterfall area then we can bath there!!but its a quite rough road!Myself aso not yet try yet!
