pool open from 9am to 12pm, 2pm to 5pm, 6pm to 9pm. Around Saturday around 12pm to 2.30pm and 7.30pm to 9.30pm swimming training. The night one is for the competitive swimming training.
Sunday morning they will also train, but seldom in the pool. Running training. Noon to 2.30pm got another round of kids training, evening i think around 5pm they got swimming class around. You want to train to swim fast then 100m rest 20sec then go another 100m do that none stop then cutting down on ur resting time to 15 10 or 5 sec. Training for long distance is different pace already. |
