Underwater acrobatics? I found it easier and more comfortable without the noseclip. Just breathe out and then hold your breath.

Normally water won't go in after you exhale. Just maybe you're not used to it. Relax and just exhale normally and after exhale, just hold your breath. I used to have a very sensitive nose as well. No matter what I do I can't do front crawl. However after months of persistence, I managed to overcame it. Now if little bit of water entered thru my nose, it'll just come out from my mouth..if a whole chunk then teruk la...

Got free cake / bun to eat or not?         

I'm surprised chris. I thought you can do a flip turn. If we managed to swim together, I'll share with you some of the tricks in doing one. Pretty simple.
Um..bake in the morning...then go 3k, then take along your baked cakes/cookies...and then we all eat together!! yay!! come come..hehehehe

Sherly, when is the day that you proposed? Is it this saturday 22nd Nov? If it is I won't be able to make it. Friend going to get married.

Stiff hair? Never experience that...I believe there's a shampoo / body wash which is meant for swimmers. I saw it a couple of years back. When I want to buy one now, none are selling.
