now we waiting for hondamugen to teach us butterfly

probably honda will ask me 2 learn basics first

basic not good also can swim 20+ laps

so tht means if u basic good can swim 50 laps liaw

why not u surf for some details of kuala kubu baru waterfall (not joking ) since u all like swimming we shud make a day trip there... i heard there got some nice waterfall spots 2 swim

ohhh... youtube no block? suprise 2 hear tht u dun watch youtube leh... i dunno wat other ppl watch in youtube la but i usually watch tennis and badminton coaching videos... too bad not many swimming videos in youtube... i think bcuz nothing to show for swimming

anyway weekdays so far we also havent swim.........

and when u buy goggles with power i thibk they will recommend u lower power since under the water already got 'natural' power

but theres a antifog liquid u can make urself... i think need 2 use vinegar wan.... cant remember liaw u can try search back this forum for the formula... im sure i read it from this forum

i think if swim 6-9pm shud be not many ppl but yala like wat u say at nite usually got family dinner
