hello guys, does any special tactic or skill can a person to carry out in order to learn to swim, for person who pratically doesn't even able to float on the water?

No Special Tactic, Just Need To Practice ... Normally For New People We Will Use Float To Get Them Accustomed To The Water / Feel The Water and Gradually Remove The Float |

Yesterday, there was a girl. Beautiful. I think she is new there. I check her, she checks me LOL. Drive a Peugeot. 206 if I'm not mistaken.

Prescription goggles? You mean optical goggles?
