i'm interested, but still didn't manage to submit the entry form yet..
maybe next monday will submit the form...
but before going to submit, must call them first to check whether the quota still available or not...
FYI, the entry is limited to 100 participants only... sad.gif

Yea...sprinting utilizes more instant energy, while slow and steady is the way for muscle and cardio.

I can't run or do too tedious activities on my left ankle. Hurt it from my active participation in karate competition many years back. That's why took up heavily on swimming.

Let's fix at Saturday 6pm Smallbug. Hopefully it won't rain. Alternatively, maybe we can opt for Sunday morning? It started to rain every evening nowadays...hai..

Added on November 16, 2008, 8:19 amAlamak...I went to swim yesterday around 1815..smallbug didn't come. I'll go again today at 6.

No need for underwear inside swim trunks... there's usually a liner inside..

And the shape for the swimming trunks, well, it's up to you...more for fashion lar..triangle/rectangle/square... personal preference..

I work in Shah Alam, but normally I'll be out before 11am, and won't come back to office. So I normally swim in my condo.

Um..shave? err..if a lot of 'you know what' then better go for rectangular ones. If not, and you have a lot of visible 'you know what' then either you shave or hand pluck it..hahahaha..
