 [HELP] Camera problem?, weird negative effect

I am using panasonic lumix FX01, sometimes i get weird negative effect when i am not using any effect, usually indoors in shopping mall......

heres an example of the christmas deco in Mid Valley

when off flash, color return to normal, still can see vertical lines (not so obvious here)

The retailers can't do shit to repair your camera except than to ship it to the service centre for you if they are kind enough.
With your warranty card and receipt, you can approach the nearest service centre yourself to get it fixed.

The effect looks cool though. Like watching old VHS video tapes.

ADD: I find the 1st example pix too cool already. I've made it my Windows desktop wallpaper...

just sent the cam to service center, need to wait 2 weeks from now
