This is just a very small matter waiting to settle. But he login LYN few times a day. PMed him many many times did not reply. So no other choice to complain here.
I bought a DFI NF4 Infinity Non-Ultra from him on Nov 8 2006. Paid on the same day RM200 for item and RM15 for Poslaju. On the Nov 10 he sms me with a Poslaju tracking number before I request for it. So I thought he's a good seller then never check the tracking number online. Then the next day not arrive. I checked the tracking number online. It's received. But not to me. The number is for a parcel sent to other people in other state.
So I called him up to ask if he sent the thing. He said need to check. Then told me found my tracking number. Guess what? A valid Poslaju tracking number but no record found. Appear to be a fresh Poslaju slip. Then again he said made a mistake and will send mine on 11th Nov. Should arrive on 12th Nov for Poslaju(Yeah it was Sunday but here is one of the special states that Poslaju working on Sunday close on Friday). Even Poslaju from Kuching also reach me the next day. But on 13th Nov I still haven't received the thing. Ask him again he said already sent on 11th and easily said can refund me if not arrive in 2 days.(why? because he didn't even send out the thing yet) Then on the 14th parcel finally arrived. Clearly stated on the Poslaju slip the parcel was sent on 13th Nov. So why have to lie sent on 11th? Fine! It did arrive so I nvm that.

Before confirm purchase I asked him about the mobo condition. He said the mobo was RMAed and replace with a NEW mobo. So the one sold to me is NEW mobo. Yeah rite. NEW mobo with a dusty chipset fan and oxidized metal parts of the back I/O(sound, PS/2, Parallel port part there) Tested running ok so this part I nvm also.
He sent me the mobo without the back I/O metal plate. Without the plate my com will suck in lots of dust from there. Cockroaches, lizards will go in from there. So I PMed him he said gotta find it. Took 2 days to find then on the 16th Nov replied PM said he found it and will send later. I told him he just need to buy a PosExpress envelope and drop the thing in and send. Since I paid him RM15 for Poslaju then the parcel postage cost only RM7.88. Even after Posexpress he still gain extra. Then I keep waiting and waiting. PMs after PMs never reply but logon few times a day. Until 11th December! I PMed him again and told him it's a tiny matter. If I open a settle thread in trade dispute corner ppl might laugh at me. But if he leave me no choice I will have to settle here also. Then the same day he replied PM : "bro, sorry for late reply, tmr i sure post, gv me more 2 days " Waited 4 days nothing arrived then PM him again. Then on 18th he only reply PM said the thing return to him again ask me to give him my address agian. Gave him on the same day.
Since then PM him many times. No reply at all until 2 days ago i PMed him to give him a 24 hours notice before I post this thread. 2 days passed no reply at all. Still login daily. Until today the mobo still in box waiting for the plate to install.

That's no solved his prob bro... what he want is the IO back plate pane... i think rm15 is not a matter with him... furthermore he afford to pay u more if u r sincered in dealing...

ok, gv me one more week, i try my best to looking another IO back plate pane for u, jz tell u the true, i lost the IOback plate pane.

if that is the case, u should have been honest to him b4 he purchase the product..
it could have save all the trouble...

then you should tell him the truth that you've lost the panel rather than give him few fake hopes and ignore his pm-es. this is not an ethical of a seller should have.

Admin, this is my opinion, as to force this guy to solve this problem without making anymore delay, give him a dispute tag, he clearly trying to avoid sending that item to the buyer, and clearly avoiding being honest that the i/o panel was lost...

This shows that he's truely irresponsible, i suggest give him a dispute tag for now...
Don't remove it until he keeps his promise, and until the right i/o panel is given to the buyer...

Dispute Tag is given to those who failed to respond to the complaint. He's responding and at least he admitted his fault. Give him some time to get the I/O plate back

Okay then, let's give him some time, but to my opinion, give him just a week...
If he goes more than that, then he's just trying to find another lame excuses to answer to this topic...

gozila84, stop reading this topic now, and go find the i/o panel immediately, by reading this topic, you are making the buyer more mad, and making him lose more time waiting for the i/o panel...

Start looking for the I/O panel now...

The original problem is, why didn't you be honest, and tell seeseng that the i/o panel is lost in the first place?

Pls stop all the bullshits,no point crapping on the fact or whatsoever.First he told that the IO panel was with him but forgot to include it and second he lost it.Now he cannot or don't have the IO plate anymore therefore,i suggest gozila84 to refund some money for the IO plate IF seeseng agree,else refund the RM200 and take back your motherboard.Also gozila84 should cover the shipping from seeseng to gozila84.This may settle the problem.

how do you know you will take 1 week to solve? You are always giving false dateline and never to live up to it. Why another 1 week now? What if you can't solve it in 1 week? Another 1 more week? You must start changing that type of attitude. Or else no on will trust you anymore even your real life friends.

Either make it or break it.

Oh btw, attention to buyer. If seller willing to refund (which is a good gesture), don't send the motherboard back first. Let him refund you the money first then only sent the board. Or else he will pull his "give me 1 week to solve" excuse.

If Mr. Ong still cannot find the suitable I/O plate after 1 week as the date he promised. I request for a full refund of RM215. That's the amount I've paid him. I'll Poslaju back the mobo to him after he bank in the money to me. Poslaju on me. Always lost this lost that. Even 1 day after Poslaju can "lost" the tracking number.
