hi bro, i accidentally paid the AF for my uob one card in this month. I already call in to waive but they say it is compulsory on 2nd year onwards. I told them to proceed with card cancel and they say their retention team will call me within 1-3 days, will they prorate and do a refund on the AF should the card is really CANCELLED?if see AF, call CS to waive.
