I want to apply for uob vox card and use it to pay celcom mobile bill. It will be done through their website.

Why don't u consider Celcom Auto Billing that directly debit your credit card every month? U get 5% rebate from Celcom with any credit card.

From the T&C, looks like only bill payments to maxis, digi, celcom & umobile are entitled for online cash back. Other bills e.g. TM, TNB, etc. are not entitled.

My personal view is no need to worry about AF. Juz apply & use to get the benefits first. Come to worst, when AF is charged, then juz cancel it.
