Hi guys..just signed up uob vox at 1utama booth..got gift like dashcam/makeup bag/ some toys?

Asked the lady..she said vox has no minimum per transaction to eligible for 5% cash rebate. And also all government transaction including utilities bill not eligible for 5% rebate.

Is this true?

1. There is a minimum of RM50 per online transaction to earn 5%. Only retail transaction has no minimum spending amount for you to earn 0.3%.

2. Based on T&C, she is correct. But if you pay the utility bill online, you may get 5% rebate as well. Check 1st page for the eligible websites.

Retail transaction means I go to any shop/restaurant right? I was told that there's no rebate for that...hmm

Retail transactions are any transactions that you charge to your cards, be it online or shops or restaurants. Fees that bank charges you like annual fee, late payment, financial fees, balance transfer etc are not retail transactions.

You rather believe the agent or believe those who have used the card since its launch? Your call blush.gif
