hi everyone , i am new user for uob one platinum card...every month I will left rm1k debt inside this card but every month I been charged for rm20++ 'Finance Charge' ....want to ask , is this normal ? thanks

hey , taobao charges 3% transaction charges for CC and banks usually charge 1% foreign transaction fee. might be worth it if u get 5% CB from UOB. 
For me, I never used CC for taobao since an incident with standard chartered last time. Have no idea who (SCB or Alipay) double charged me twice (a few hundreds) and i was running to SCB HQ and talking to alipay's CS and spamming SCB shitty customer service for a freaking dispute and meeting some really stupid CS supervisors.   After a few months and A LOT OF Hassle , i finally got it back. From that onwards, never used CC for taobao anymore.
and at least maybank2u direct debit gives u a peace of mind as they would show u the exchange rates when u pay. my experience is that it's usually lower. and its easier for taobao to refund u, as the money will go straight into ur maybank account and not go through ur CC.
