QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 29 2016, 09:53 AM) kawteem also hasn't received it. Some got it late yesterday, can complain if still haven't got after tomorrow. I have ONE transaction eligible. Some entrance tickets i bought online for my trip to europe. it's above RM50, so rightfully should be eligible. What have you spent in June by the way? |

QUOTE(kyle_kl @ Jul 29 2016, 10:34 AM) Try click on "Banking & Accounts", then "Credit Card", then click on your card, then in Account Summary check "Last Payment Received / Reversal (RM)" column, do you see something like "XX.XX CR 29/07/16"? Don't have. I know where to check. May cash back was fineThere's no minimum amount for cash back payment right? the RM5 is on the 0.3% and not the 5%. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 1 2016, 08:42 PM) Eh, stop spamming la you guys. 0.3% is not entirely no benefits. compared to cards that gives points, 0.3% ain't that bad. cards that give rebates on aeon, is what, wise card and on departmental. Worse if supermarket, as it may be tagged under grocery instead...Yesterday saw a guy shops in AEON with UOB VOX. Anyway my point is, not everyone is like the regular people in this forum. keeping track of spending with different cards is indeed a chore. |

QUOTE(MyJen @ Sep 6 2016, 09:11 PM) Hi, I am new to UOB credit card. My statement payment due date is 7th Sept 2016. And i made the interbank giro transfer to my UOB credit card account at 5th Sept night. When i logged into UOB online banking website to view my account status, i noticed that my credit card's last payment received is still RM0.00. Shouldnt the payment be reflected on today as interbank Giro wont take more than 1 business day to process? Will i kena late payment charge if i paid on 7th Sept? while others have pointed out, you don't have to worry... just want to explain...you giro on 5th night, which means it only gets transacted on 6th. based on giro schedule, should reach before 230pm. then, the posting will be shown on the 7th, one day after the transaction day. it takes 1 day AFTER the transaction day to show on your credit card. PS: if you are really worried, usually i notice my cimb/citi credit limit will increase on the day it gets transacted although can't see the posting. not sure with uob since i've not tried it on uob so far. |

Actually since there's more benefit, why not just cut the card instead of worrying about paying the monthly fee of RM6?
I'm trying to be nice to the agent for signed up for me, i want to hold the card 3 months, so he can get his commission. but not at the risk of me paying the monthly fee as well. |

QUOTE(leo_kiatez @ Sep 13 2016, 01:04 PM) UOB CS automatically call me for yolo CC conversion today for existing VOX. Just phone verification & would receive the card in 2 weeks time. Dining & online transaction is separate RM50 cashback quota as per CS? CS misled you. the cashback of RM50 is shared. Did they explain will they automatically cancel your vox card, or you still need to call in to cancel? |

QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Sep 14 2016, 04:24 PM) Btw, not sure if anyone else is doing it, but I applied for CIMB CR and 2 supplementary (just asked my husband and sister to let me apply), but I control all 3 cards and use solely for online transactions to replace Vox. Since limit for online cashback is RM600 per card, 3 cards give RM1800 which makes them good Vox replacement. Yes, you can but it's still not vox replacement because bill payments are not entitled for 5%. |

QUOTE(stargate8 @ Sep 22 2016, 01:36 AM) fruitie, so soon activate? i haven't activate mine, vox already max1k spent, waiting oct1st to activate yolo. I think can call to waive the monthly fee. even previously seems easily waivable despite the cashback feature.so for vox if no spending in oct will be charge few bucks right? so we should spend some to offset the cash back too. |

QUOTE(gastacopz @ Oct 5 2016, 09:15 PM) question is, if card approved, shouldn't i able to view the card from portal under pin creation?this is new card application, as my 1st call to them, no conversion allowed... i've been reading a lot of comments here... i haven't applied yet, seriously leaving my name on the website is a stupid idea...or if this is a conversion card, we can onlybview after activation? my guess is, there's no such thing as a 'conversion' per se... cause strictly speaking, they didn't cancel your vox card. they just strip off all benefits. lol. and i don't think their system is so smart to cancel one card when one is activated. after all, they do need our consent prior to cancelling, no??? |

QUOTE(nitehawk @ Oct 6 2016, 01:08 AM) I am existing VOX holder and have applied for YOLO card pending approval. If you're in my situation, will you charge small amount into VOX to avoid monthly or use CB to offset the monthly by not using the VOX card? I would call in to waive and not charge anything to the card. That's my plan. |
