My statement date 25th every month

I am so sorry, Vox 5% rebate follows calendar month.

QUOTE(cacheblue @ Jun 30 2016, 09:14 PM)
For UOB Vox, paid TNB via Posonline eligible for 5% CB also?
*
I suppose so, but there is a 2% convenience fee and 6% GST, better to pay through UOBPayonline. However, there will be a service interruption from today until 19 July for paying TNB on UOBPayonline, so just pay after 19 July.

Add up all your May spending and x5% = RM36.45

As for 0.3% rebate of RM3.27, your total spending is RM1090, which I cant seems to total up.
*
The 0.3% is based on total spending of previous statement I.E. May statement. Add everything and * 0.3%.
I must admit I haven't seen into your attachment yet, if cannot tally I will check it out later. On mobile now.

Found it.

RM528.80 + RM61.75 + RM132.65 + RM130.6 + RM51 + RM188 = RM1092.8 * 0.3/100 = RM3.27

Thanks fruitie, I thought RM528.80 is not included.

The amount was too small for my effort actually. tongue.gif

Rightfully should follow transaction date but the system could have glitch on the last day and first day of the month. Well, if the transaction date is on 30th and you don't get any cash back, you will need to call and check.

I get sms from UOB stating below:

"RM0.00 Convert your purchases on UOB ONE Card to 0% Easi-Payment Plan for 3 months! Min RM500 in a single receipt. Call 0326128121. Till 31July16. T&C apply."

I have a 3k statement balance for this month. Can I convert it to 0% installment?
*
Cannot find this in UOB website. Is it by invitation? hmm.gif

I'm not very sure. Could be by batch or anything.

Anyway yesterday I had called CS and according to her, we can convert our retail purchase into 3 months 0% easi-payments, not the whole statement. Subject to management approval.

Any source of transaction also the same. Their system record at GMT time.

I made my transaction at 1st June 2:02AM (Malaysia time GMT +8)
Their system records it as 31st May 6:02PM

So obviously their system is not tune for Malaysia time.

victorywp Can you please add this info at the 1st post so others don't repeat the same mistaken. Thanks

Yeah... I'm lazy to track the 0.3%. At first, I track using spreadsheet. After a while, did not bother since it is mostly below RM10.
