I've paid Taobao with Vox before and I'm pretty sure i got cashback from that, eventhough it was long long time ago. What is your method of paying? Did it go through Alipay or something? |

My last taobao transaction which give me cashback was May 04.
So taobao still entitle for cashback
It is under alipay

I got my cash back from Taobao transaction this round, after my Amazon transactions. No issue at all. I suspect it's because you paid on 1st and 2nd, they may have calculated it as last month's transactions. You will need to call CS. |
