Others transacted in JULY, you should see it next month instead of this month.

Cash back is for June transactions only la. It is accurate.
(227.45 + 511.62) x 5% = 36.95

July transactions will only be posted by August 30th.

for UOB VOX does it mean max we only can spend RM1000 for online transaction? more than that will not be calculated?

You can spend more than RM 1000 but if it is online category, you will only get RM 50 (max) from them. Anyway, you are also entitled for 0.3% unlimited from them.

There's no minimum amount for cash back payment right? the RM5 is on the 0.3% and not the 5%.

Just make sure each of the transactions is RM 50 and above then entitled for cash back.
If after tomorrow, still no cash back, please call and complain. Kindly quote their T&C that it will be credited by 30th of the month. Also ask why some get and you don't get, it should be consistent. Well, if I don't get it, I will definitely ask these questions and may consider to escalate to BNM again but the problem is I have got it on time.

My statement date is 3rd July.
So, will I still get cash back if I spend before 31 July?

By statement date I already spend almost 1k but by month I am still far from 1k.

I don't think the 26 Jul is 0.3% cause I spend around 1K per month

Each and every transaction must be RM 50 and above. Anything lesser will not get cash back.
