Terms and Conditions are as follows:-
1) Items will be sold based on price purchased at the counter, i.e. this will include VAT (4%-8%), plus US$5 (consider it as transport and handling charges), all at the exchange rate of US$1 = RM4.28 (my current credit card exchange rate, which is subject to change [I will notify you if there is any changes before 25 September 2018]);
2) Due to space constrain, items will be deboxed (i.e. box will not be provided) placed in plastic bags instead;
3) You will be required to pay a deposit of RM100 for each item you order before 25 September 2018, which will then be used to offset the purchase price (just to make sure that I'm dealing with someone who is serious about this). After 25 September 2018, if deposit is already paid and cancellation is made, the deposit will be forfeited. However, if cancellation made before 25 September 2018, then deposit will be refunded;
4) Proof or payment/ order will need to be provided to confirm orders;
5) Due to space constrain, depending on the size of items ordered, I can only take limited orders. Hence, this will be based on first come first serve basis; and
6) If you are interested, please PM me with your orders and your phone number so that I can correspond with you by WhatsApp as well.
7) All orders are subject to availability at the store. If items cannot be purchased due to the non-availability to stock then deposit will be refunded.
Btw, I will only be back from the US in mid October 2018....FYI.
