I really like to buy the Lego 10255 Assembly Square as my first Modular Set. Aways want to get them but keep hesitate because of the price. Since this is the modular 10th anniversary set, I feel i should get it. Maybe a good set to begin with.

It says it will release on 1st January 2017. May I know usually around how long it will take to reach our stores? And how to ensure I can secure one? Buy from official Lego stores? Pre order? Or ask them to inform me when the stock arrive?

Oh!! Available 4th Jan! Anyway, need some advice. Usually how fast will these modular set sold out? I see previous years modular, like brickbank and detective office, and even parisan restaurant, are now widely available these days. I am asking because I am thinking if i should grab this assembly square Asap. Or should I get the detective office first (which I wish to collect), and can get from places like mightyutan with additional discount compare to LCS.
