If my ps2 can play the NTSC/UC games, can I join the other NTSC/UC players abroad, with my system is PAL?

Of course ur PS2 can play NTSC/UC games if it modified. Whats the problem is playing that games online. PAL ps2 only can play PAL games online. U cannot pass the DNAS Authentication if using PAL console with PAL game.

Of course u can change the console's ID to NTSC/UC. That only can happen to v1-v8 consoles. My PS2 is PAL and i changed the ID tu NTSC/UC to play NTSC/UC games online.

Cannot. Even fat PS2 version v9 and above also cannot change the id.

Erm...XLink Kai kan ada...hehehhe. Lots of game support XLink Kai.
