I agree with this line.. Mrt3 is a sure thing maybe end of this year finish with feasibility study..

As indicated by others, this proposed mrt4 route does not pass thru major cbd areas of klang valley.....
To get to those cbd, one has to interchange. I personally predict they will realign it further... |

Rugi i didnt buy property at SK/Equine/Puncak Jalil last time when they were much cheaper.
Advantages now 1. MEX higheay new exit/entrance. 2. Easy access to KL/Cyberjaya 3. Got Jusco, Giant 4. So many famous shop In the future: 1. MRT Im crying hard inside.
