ya, they came on time for my unifi installation. less than 30mins kawtiem then i still able to take a nap before heading back to office.

They are Maxperts now, NOT technicians.

They know when it's the best and most convenient time for them to arrive... probably when they have finished their marble cake and tall latte at Starbucks.

Maxis need to book with tm tech also so maybe tm tech delay maxis work?

still, if there is a postponement, Maxis need to at least inform customer instead of keeping him waiting indefinitely.
