the problem is the council charge tax towards our house for this garbage disposal and they will separate for us...

now we need to separate our own and easy for them just need to send the rubbish accordingly to recycling centre...

It's our mentality problem, we are not ready for it yet. We are even not ready not to throw rubbish on the road / drain / river. Separating trash is just plain rubbish and bound to failure.
