I juz went there to place fd,but i get thing that really unexpected!

After scan my ic ask me go back'CANT OPEN!'

I ask any reason???? Stil confuse....he shouted at me we need to email and ask HQ!

Then i ask how long i need to wait? He say u balik,nanti hq sudah reply kita baru call u.

I get to car still confused then search affin bank number and call to enquiry wat i juz encounter,then go deposit the cash at easy rhb junior acc next to it.finish deposit 5min the affin branch staff call and say u boleh dtg sekarang,nama u sudah clear. I say no need i only want an acceptable explaination. She said juz now ur name got 'Dow Jones'.(never understand wat dow jones mean except saw it few time at klse forum)
Now i really want make an official complain to their HQ.
It is possible to make complain to bnm too?really cant stand the biadap staff.
