QUOTE(Everdying @ Aug 23 2016, 11:44 AM) i just noticed something else on umobile...i havent been getting spam sms for the more than 3 weeks already since i switched from maxis. But I received lots of spam sms even though i am using u mobile though on maxis every few days get spam sms from gambling sites etc for months on end. fingers crossed that no more will appear so its either umobile at the hq side got some spam filter, or the spam sms are all internal from maxis |

Just went to an authorised dealer in Kajang. They told me that I have to pay RM10.20 to downgrade my plan as a service charge. Is it true?
And I wanted to change my sim card to nano sim and they don't even have stock for that QUOTE(vostro78 @ Sep 16 2016, 03:10 PM) Today just register 2 share20 under my p98 plan. When call CS ask about sharr20. The lady told me I cant share the network . I ask her that what is this so call share 20 share for. She told me shall call. I think I mobile should go more training for their CS team . The service provided by their CS is just too bad. Sometimes when I asked a same question, I will get different answer from different CS |

QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Sep 19 2016, 02:59 PM) i'm wondering whether can do like this: Change of plan will need to pay RM10 of stamp duty and also the deposit againsubscribe U28 and use up 3GB on the first day then call 1318 change plan to P98 and use up the 30GB in 9 days, then go to times square downgrade plan back to U28 and continue the cycle, so within 30 days we will have 99GB but only need to pay (28/30+98/30*9)*3 = RM91 or even less if you switch between U28 and P50 but you would need to travel frequently. For those who work at times square can even switch between U28 and prepaid everyday and pay just RM28 for 99GB per month~ |

QUOTE(scorgio @ Sep 19 2016, 10:39 PM) Convert from prepaid to postpaid will need to pay stamp duty, as u're committing to a contract. I just changed my plan two days ago at times square and the person told me that I will have to pay the RM10 stamp duty again and also the deposit (they called it the advance access fee) for the plan I am switching to A change of plan, u'll need to pay for usage (of ur current plan) until the point of switching, then pay advance access fee for the plan u're switching over to. Next, every plan change, ur account settings will be reset to default. Means u'll be subscribed to paper itemised billing & no international roaming. |

Guys, I have some questions here
For the old share 10 member plan, the supplementary line will share the minutes with the principal line. For the new share 20 member plan, the supplementary line will only have 30 minutes for U mobile to U mobile call. Calling to other operator will charge as PAYU. I knew that U mobile has discontinued the share 10 and came out with the share 20 plan. My main concern is that is the share 10 still can share minutes with principal line or it has changed to the same as share 20 which is 30 minutes for U mobile to U mobile and PAYU for other operator? EDIT: Supplementary line for P50 This post has been edited by wtw0911: Oct 28 2016, 01:26 PM |
