Anyone here having no Internet connection issue while using 4G in UMobile? It's connected in 4G but Internet just can't get through, funny is after I switched manually to 3G then no issue. Moreover, it only happened to selected area.

Simple say, 4G doesn't work in certain but 3G yes.

Have contacted UMobile via email & raised ticket but it seems nobody even care about this.

I don't think so. It has been upgraded to 4G at that area for more than half a year. Just 3 months ago this kind of weird things happen, the worst case is UMobile support never bother to reply me on this even I reported this few times.

Want meh? I oledi switched to 3G mode in my phone, I found 3G mode more stable in UMobile network. As least now I don't have dead area.

Haha. Small issue becoz only that radius affected. Other places still OK. Thx for ur suggestion.

Anybody having issue with UMobile now at Shah Alam area? Mine seems not registered to network.

Called UMobile help desk & they said UMobile is having maintenance job on data line in Shah Alam & Puchong

However, when I did manual selection just found only UMobile 4G & Maxis 4G available. If in normal situation I can see UMobile 3G & Maxis 3G as well, so I bet it's UMobile issue in my area here.
