Come to think of it, it's actually the exact business model with AirAsia..if you do what you have to do, you'll enjoy it...but if there is any hint of expectation, then you'll be truly disappointed...
There was once with AA, i needed a pen to fill the arrival card. All AA steward/stewardess will not have pen for you to borrow. Instead, you need to buy it from them.
