I have been noticing that my basic internet never had any usage progress even after I had finished my high speed since last month... but my internet speed is reduced

My high speed exhausted... but my basic not moving... anyone having this issue?

My internet browsing speed is acceptable.... but failed for app update... even radio streaming is ok.... but somehow my basic internet progress bar not updating anything

1) umobile cust activated the hypptv everywhere 60days promo?
2) existing unifi customers who have access to hypptv everywhere?
