Had a fiasco during online purchase of sim card. The payment went through but on U Mobile end it wasn't detectable. So I had to call the operator for help.

My DiGi Discover Day Plan or U Mobile U28. I'm really keen to start this postpaid account for my mom and forgo the DiGi modem. Since I keep hearing about your network congestion troubles, I'm rethinking my decision.
