Why is the basic internet so damn slow?

very bad huh? Really sucks go holiday, cannot get line

it's getting worst.. been report to umobile few month .. last month  the worst. even whatsapp  also crawling.. quota mb128 lol..  in the end think moved to digi 4g lol.

yes using 4g phone. now..  but coverage nearest only penang..  me sungai petani.

i just remember.. i once show  mb128 to umobile promoter..
the lengloi said "Wa got this banyak ka " .. in my area  maxis got 4g celcom got 4g digi got 4g.. umobile saja tarak..    celcom 4g kinda worst.. i dono it was competition or not.. nowdays.. most all oversubscribe user.

Hey guys, I am a P70 user and I have a question regarding the bill amount that I recently received. Although the invoice period is from 1/5/2016 - 31/5/2016, but the montly charges for 1/06/2016-30/06/2016 were included inside the bill.

My question is u mobile double charging me?
P/s: i have the same problem when I was using my U28，the charges for 01/03/2016-31/03/2016 both included in February and March bill.

My friend use umobile, I think she use the one with unlimited youtube streaming. If she make it as hotspot and I use it to watch youtube, will I use her mobile data or I will still use her 'free unlimited youtube streaming'? I don't want to accidentally use her mobile data. Thanks.

Here in Sarawak too. Zero U Mobile coverage here. They use Maxis fully. But I dont get that roaming indicator
