They actually don't have any infra here, it is all Maxis. But depends on the places too. I have seen some places with Maxis 3G but if you are on UMobile, you can only get Edge. I guess depends on their agreement with Maxis. If the 3G at the places you frequently go to is good, I suggest you hold on to them and just wait till they introduce 4G. I use them in Bintulu and so far rather ok.

Get the postpaid for a few months. It will sustain by itself since you don't need to top up to stay valid.
Another way before knowing above, I transfered all my money to my friend's Thailand prepaid account.

Think of this suggestion previously but currently 3GB quota monthly still sufficient for my usage.
Change to postpaid could be a good idea, the prepaid credit can bring forward to postpaid?

Guys I just changed phone, previously the old umobile app got my virtual ucard, but this new phone new Umobile app do not have the ucard anymore..... how to retrieve the ucard ?? I search my email and Umobile website acct, can't find any info......

i got this issue before, what u mobile can do is give u a new number and u need to request from bcard to transfer the existing card points to the new card. but it is quite sucks that they don't allow us to add existing number into it...

Need to ask about the video onZ , the website said extended till dec 2016, I don't get what it mean , so the registeration is till December 2016 or video onZ is only available till dec 2016 ?

But problem is um seems very low profile, unlike celcom..

U see celcom do maximum marketing that they're doing upgradings, post in their website..
