Prepaid user here. Received the sms for top RM30 and get 30% bonus local call. After topup, sms RM9 been credited for local call.
But i have no way to monitor the balance. Is that means i have free RM9 to call all the telco?

No validity attached with it, though I suspect we need to keep our line active to maintain it.

RM9 for local call should be quite a lot. As long not limit to Umobile only is great.
Just it can't monitor sounds weird.

Nope. Freebies only have Free Basic & High Speed Internet, then Umobile to Umobile call.

Too weak.
Must complain to U to ask them strengthen the signal.
Next year if you come back and still the same, you can sue U.

do we have to pay an X amount for the device then + Y amount for the telco plan making our total bill = X+Y?
