I'm comparing similar price range of Yes 98 to U Mobile P98 plan. If you spend a lot of time watching iflix, U Mobile definitely is more valuable for your usage pattern. Yes offer 32GB vs U Mobile 30GB, so it's a very close battle.

Hi, regarding the using of a mobile phone as your wifi hotspot and in turn connect it to wifi repeater and finally connect the repeater to a wifi router through wired LAN.

My question is could you share with me on how do i go about in accomplishing this? I currently using a phone as my wifi hotspot as you do. But i am currently unsure on getting a repeater as i don't know which repeater can actually be paired with mobile phone wifi hotspot and for fearing that i might unnecessarily wasting my money if i unwittingly buy the wrong device. Hope you could help me on this.

I see. So i got the wrong impression when reading your comment "Raw data users will appreciate yes 98 than U Mobile P98". Sounds like Yes is offering far more data compared to U Mobile. But now i can see that Yes only offer extra 2GB of data that can easily offset by Video ONZ, even for a casual streaming user.

But i don't dare to subscribe Yes because their plan got 24 months contract and need to pay the full 24 months before you can terminate your line if you are not satisfied... Unlike P1 is just one time fee RM200 and nothing from U Mobile~

Contract is an issue, sometimes we are protected by it, but most of the time we suffer from it.

i'm not sure with the new LTE plan, but as i know the postpaid plan is combined LTE + broadband and if you get the free device from broadband plan, sure you will have the 24 months contract period.

There will be contract as long as you get any device from them, regardless of modem or phone. If not device, there is no contract. I got plenty of yes device, couple of zoom, mifi and usb stick wanted to try but their attitude is making me to consider going to umobile. Anyone want yes device can pm, I will let go some

Hi bro, you meant after 1st of August, when supp line watch youtube they're gonna consume bandwidth from the data pool for P70? The refurbished 7GB Video-onz only for main line?
What if subscribe P98? Supp lines will have unlimited quota for video-onz again?
Or supp lines are not going to share the video-onz pool for both P70 & P98?
