Once, you were stating these:
Then you stated this:
Make up your mind, give U Mobile time. If you report to MCMC, can MCMC build a tower for you? Give them time, as my U Mobile friend said to me. They're stress, trying to expand coverage and speed.  vmad.gif  ranting.gif

If reporting no use, where to release frustrations?  hmm.gif

so far reporting about bad signal / coverage can't get positive feedback since they would probably suggest to switch telco while they use "upgrading" / "expanding" as a reason.

some cases like subscribed broadband and speed only 0.02mbps for whole month, u may complain and waive the monthly charge when termination, this might work.

Sorry for not stating my full answer. I meant that many people should report on the same area just to push telcos like U Mobile to build towers. 'Majority'

Because 0.02Mbps was totally abysmally bad. 1-2Mbps is tolerable but this is just disastrous.

Well, make up your mind lor. First, you asked to give U Mobile time. Then, you asked everybody to report to MCMC. hmm.gif

I honestly wish I really could give them time to improve but as time goes on, congestion issue is getting worse and I think it's irrational to give them more. I previously using U Mobile and live in area where it's on the edge of 4G LTE so don't hope for good signal strength, the 3G is totally terrible. It was 0.2Mbps and I gave them about half a year and yet it was still terrible s I complaint to MCMC regarding this. A U Mobile manager contact me personally and said there's no plan to improve their network quality in that particular area for at least a year. So after this incident, I realized how terrible U Mobile is at solving congestion issue and leave me bad impression on U Mobile.

This explains why. For your case, it is your right to have a bad impression towards U Mobile. Well, my case is worse. More than a year, my area still got below 50kBps. I repeat, more than a year. cry.gif
Once, I've managed to ask U Mobile people. They said that their friends on coverage department are working really hard to improve coverage, but does not stated specifically where. I believed in them since I can't do anything about it. MNP to other telco, their rates are expensive. At least my experience with U Mobile is sometimes good, but not always. I have to bear that. Well, who can complain with the price sweat.gif

And this is also why I encourage users to complaint to MCMC regarding congestion issues and seek for reply from U Mobile to have an idea does U Mobile had plan to improve their network quality in specific area

I actually don't care if you want to encourage other people to report to MCMC. But before this, it's annoying for me to see that you have inconsistence opinion. sweat.gif

They called you after receiving port over request from another Telco? I'm going to port over to DIGI soon as well...since their free Data roaming will end this month...nothing special anymore for Umobile honestly....I already have internet at home..so streaming video etc is nothing special
*
Yup, they called me after receiving the request. After about two hours after the call, my line was disconnected and I am on my new telco. I actually really like UMobile. Their packages are honest with no hidden TnCs. Unlike the rest with restrictions such as weekends only, 4G only, etc.

true, one major reason among others that umobile being able to attract many customers.

weekday/weekend, daytime/nighttime, 4g only, even need to self redeem bonus (digi), ppl already sick with these top 3 telcos playing rules

and every time launching new or revised plan love to put the magic word "game changer", i think they no more dare to put up this word senang senang now

also new entrant TM brought in webe with tether / no tether restriction makes ppl feels mega_shok.gif

agreed. now digi more professional , they dn state in TNC but still imposed quota with their "unlimited" plan.. very unethical. i hate digi because they cheated my money.

webe actually is game changer , i dn blame them to put tether as restriction because they are taking care of their network. if they dn put there will have a network congestion problem. do u tether often? lets say ur quota is digi 78v (7GB) plan, if no why blame webe no offer the tether?
