for U28, i guess umobile only do action whenever other telco offer
u28 from 1gb ->3gb 1 month after Celcom 38 3gb

u can even get the p98 for 30gb all day + unlimited youtube, confirmed cheaper than Mb128 and only slightly expensive than mb88 which only 7gb + 14mid night
