QUOTE(kroul2 @ Dec 3 2016, 04:04 PM) Once, you were stating these: Then you stated this: Make up your mind, give U Mobile time. If you report to MCMC, can MCMC build a tower for you? Give them time, as my U Mobile friend said to me. They're stress, trying to expand coverage and speed. QUOTE(wil-i-am @ Dec 3 2016, 05:47 PM) so far reporting about bad signal / coverage can't get positive feedback since they would probably suggest to switch telco while they use "upgrading" / "expanding" as a reason. some cases like subscribed broadband and speed only 0.02mbps for whole month, u may complain and waive the monthly charge when termination, this might work. |

QUOTE(BenSow @ Dec 8 2016, 01:08 PM) Guys, is it possible to buy a specific phone number back after it became inactive and then subsequently expired? within 3 months before the cycle, you can get back from them after 3 months then you wish the number is not cycled to prepaid, if assigned to common pool still can request but normally with 2 years contract |

Sorry if i asking in the wrong channel, please do let me know ya. mostly basic at least 1.8k ( big company background, for private sector sure get rejected ) and work more than at least 2-3 years below critirea easily get rejected 1. private sector with 3k below or big company with 1.8k below 2. working experience less than 2 years 3. Military ( police easier, teachers a lot easier ) actually monthly submission for micro credit only few hundred cases and around 100 + approved, around 30-40% approval rate |

QUOTE(baliwesti @ Dec 11 2016, 03:05 PM) anyone here able to port in to u mobile recently (past couple of days) all you have to make sure is the correct passport number registered @ Celcom, quite easy to check by Celcom dealer including me hehe , and remain active to reply the confirmation SMS I've been trying to port in and applied last sunday at the berjaya times square outlet. I kept receiving denied everytime because of passport incorrect issue (resubmit like 3 times) and celcom keeps saying umobile is seding a bunch of numbers resembling a phone number (019179483) which I dunno where they got. or did anyone have this issue before? I scared denied again and waste my time to go to Berjaya Times Square again. or you may consider to port it with me and enjoy discount =.= |

QUOTE(flutterstick9 @ Dec 12 2016, 12:01 AM) Hi guys, new umobile user here. compare with calling i just registered for u28 and after for a while i realize that prepaid also have umi30 which is same amount. I wonder which one is better.. what do you guys think? Thanks.. call rate for Umi30 is cheaper than u28 after free mins so if you are using around 50-60 mins calling and need at least 2gb high speed internet and 2gb YouTube , better use u28 let say you need 80 mins call then both plan would be similar extra 30 mins u28 plus RM 6 plus 6% vs extra 50 mins 30 plus RM 6 compare with data, if you only need less than 2gb data and less call then probably can consider Umi25 or Umi20 compare with security, once your phone accidentally subscribed some strange RM 4 RM 5 and you didn't notice for few days, worst scenario for prepaid is all credit lost, mostly within RM 30, u28 only would be stopped when credit limit reached which is mostly RM 100, normally this case apply on kids or old folks then never realize these so call virus compare with roaming, u28 is postpaid so need activate roaming first , prepaid then automatic, in this case u28 got no databackpack so the rate would be same as prepaid |

in fact, prepaid still slightly more expensive than postpaid plan, and most prepaid users use less than 50 monthly which means only saves RM 3 monthly
but never exempt gst on postpaid plans but then still a small good news la |

QUOTE(kroul2 @ Dec 19 2016, 01:50 PM) they share target, commissions, new plans only (mostly on postpaid), customers' related services sometimes we figure out ourselves haha, like the Game Onz, and not every dealer entitled to go ( and some entitled also not going ) so u can expect how blur and low skills dealers are who promoting umobile products |
