after all, that's how every telco survive, they need not to be perfect, just get their main targets satisfied and having continuous support, while to grab customers from other telco, but in fact they are losing their own customers too going other telcos. So that's what competitive means

The area where I lived had very poor 3G speed like 0.2Mbps down and 0.8Mbps up in peak hour and I'd complaint to MCMC. The customer relation officer contacted me and apologize and stated that it was the best quality they could offer LUL 

Since I don't use data at the place I'm living. I'm fine with it. Im just making a big fuss about it to U Mobile so that they will improve their network

I am currently using u mobile but my work place got no line, always got complaint from other cannot call to reach me, even online shopping cannot because cannot get the credit card sms otp....

still got around RM150 credit inside, what can I do to fully utilized them?

Too many customers.. Network become too congested nowadays
Slowly some will fed up, and port over to others telco

i already bought umobile prepaid. but the problem is the sim not yet register. lazy to go the shop back. any solution to register ?
