when i'm using my prepaid sim in my phone and use data, i can see "4G" sign.
but when i insert the same sim in my mifi, it only gets 3G data.
My mifi is E5577.

I have some questions to ask

Q1. I have a main line P70 with 2 sublines each paying RM10. Can I apply the 3rd subline with monthly payment RM10 (same as the other 2 sublines)

Q2. Is that possible to replace one of the existing subline (e.g. 018-XXXXXXXX) with another number registered under my name from another operator (e.g. 012-XXXXXXXX) and still paying monthly RM10?

Q3. Is that possible to upgrade from P70 to P98 with sublines still paying RM10 every month (e.g. RM98[P98] + RM10[sub1] + RM10[sub2] + RM10[sub3])?

Wait, why do you have a main line of P70 but still paying RM10 for subline? RM10 each subline is just for U28, right? For P70, it is Share 20 and Share 50.

need help..i ported my wife xpax to UM prepaid..and without any information, i thought the credit balance (RM140+-) from the xpax will be carry forward into her new UM account..

now mnp success and the balance not..any solution?.i dont mind sedekah rm4 to celcom if that the previous balance, but rm140+- to much..tak ikhlas wei nak sedekah pun..

I'm wondering if I'm eligible to sign up for U-mobile U package for Iphone, where i don't have any postpaid, regardless of any other telcos as I had just been using prepaid previously.

Am using i90. Always no line for Internet, keep getting "E" signal after disconnecting from Wifi. Will only go back 3G/LTE after I restart my phone. Ugh, troublesome. Is it Umobile problem or my iphone problem :S

Was thinking to get a Huawei p9 in coming weeks and i saw Umobile had promo last week in their website at RM1320 (rm55 x 24) but when i checked today, there is no more?
anybody knows if Umobile will have promo with Huawei Mate 9?

I don't understand UMOBILE. It gives 300 free SMS on U28 but not a single free SMS on high tier packages like P70 and P98. We use SMS for official and business purposes too and to contact mom and dad who do not use smartphone.
