So the telco's device team has to inform the network planning to configure the required parameter.

For example, Apple request the DRX value to be 40ms. This value is related to signaling during ur phone inactivity/idle. It is to prolong the battery life.

On the network-side, this is why iphone has good battery life, apart from user-side efforts. (kill apps which we dont use).

u are wrong la, i'm using laptop browser to watch youtube with my mobile hotspot and it is consuming only video ONZ~

to clear some people mind that video apps or browser using mobile quota or video onz, u mobile will detect the website that the data is consuming, since youtube is under google, some other apps like google play store or google video are also consuming video onz quota, if you don't believe u can try download stuff from google play store and check your mobile data/video ONZ, observe which 1 is consuming~

Now I at melaka kampung area (kemendor) umobile H+ can get. 5~6 mbps speed.  Celcom totally cannot get any  internet.

I heard that Umobile Hero Postpaid U28 with 3GB Internet, Free 50 mins call to all networks and Free 300 SMS.

90% of the time get error msg of: can't connect to maps
have to retry many times to get it to work...

for my information, video-onz is only happen when u using app.
but got consumer sharing that even browser also can.
maybe after u try dy share to use la
