i guess u have to request maxis to help to change the broadband number into prepaid first, only able to switch to umobile

thats why i didn't recommend this way , but in fact during old time 5 months RM 48 for mb68 the period, lots users including my customers also request to terminate and get new 1, but thats 5 months la, so far they won't blacklist for that, since you are paying them real $ and enjoy the service right ? In fact, if you are paying RM 28 and terminate within 1 month, they don't have to pay commission to us as well. But still not receommended la  but no harm if you got few IC ( mom, father , brother , sister ) and use once in 4 months

Hehehe, used almost 30GB for Netflix in just 15 days. U Mobile Video Onz + Netflix + Chromecast is super awesome. Watching HD movies/tv series on the big TV screen everyday.

Do we need to enable data roaming in order to receive call and SMS and also use internet for umobile 2g?

video onz can run hd movie? not only 480p?

U mobile T&C mentioned only 480p for video Onz. But it is definitely at least 720p for me all the time. So I don't really think they put a restriction on the network, but they just want to lower the expectations that people have. So at least for some people who have bad coverage, and slow speed, they can't complain much due to the T&C.

Yup, they called me after receiving the request. After about two hours after the call,  my line was disconnected and I am on my new telco. I actually really like UMobile. Their packages are honest with no hidden TnCs. Unlike the rest with restrictions such as weekends only, 4G only, etc.

weekday/weekend, daytime/nighttime, 4g only, even need to self redeem bonus (digi), ppl already sick with these top 3 telcos playing rules
