hmm for the itemized bill RM 3 is a default option, just like Celcom is charging it @ RM 5
and sure ebilling is FOC for all telco
the stamp duty RM 10 for first bill and 6% gst should be common sense as well, but we still explain to customers who never used postpaid before to avoid misunderstanding, but unfortunately U Mobile rarely provide any training regarding all these as my 5 years experience as an umobile dealer
