IMO best crust in general is Mozzarella stuffed crust

Frankly it obsoletes the mozzarella sticks side dish - eating the crust on 1 slice is about the same as eating 1 stick, and it ends up cheaper than ordering the side dish

My go-to order is SMT8 beef pepperoni add mozzarella crust, can eat for lunch and dinner both

I thought it has always been the case that you need to buy at least ~RM25 value to use an FRP

I'm sorry funnyTONE you benefited us a lot in the past and I'm grateful for that, but this guy is right and your actions caused trouble for us all

I've never pushed it as far as using the 2 personal pizza hack, I only use SMT8 and not even as often as say weekly

Even if the loophole is available, one should be reasonable about using it, and your order was far beyond reasonable

The order was regular pizza, personal pizza, twisty bread, repeated 10 times

twisty bread - not sure what is the code, was it the survey coupon?

Whereas, in defence of myself and many other users here who use the vouchers occasionally, Rm11 for a regular is Rm1 more than Pizza Hut, and the same as Domino's offered in the past. Heck, right now Super Tuesday offers Rm5 for a personal pizza, you can if you like order two for Rm10. Hence what we do is within the reasonable bounds of ethics. Domino's is still profiting, is not suffering a loss from our actions.

I agree ethics is subjective, however se7en only addresses his opinion on legal liability

Leaving legality aside, ethics guides us when dealing with more grey areas

For me my ethical stance is that I leave people some profit and pay a market price. If Domino's has a problem with that, I'll go to Pizza Hut for Rm10 regular. Or I order two personal pizzas.

I draw the line at putting in an order which clearly leaves little room for profit. Or which violates what is intended to be a one-time promotion, such as first-time signup coupon.

Edit: I don't buy FRPs either. I earned each of my FRPs from late deliveries.

Sure, FRP sounds more attractive, it's psychology. Same reason why "Buy One Free One" sounds better than "50% Off Two Items"

The riders may not suffer, but the outlet and eventually, the company still suffers decreased profitability from issuing FRPs. Free lunch isn't actually free for everybody

The minimum order has long been there AFAIK, in fact I seem to recall it used to be with purchase of minimum 1 regular pizza or equivalent price. So YES, I understand that in practice it works out to 50% off two pizzas on next order

I'm not working for them, I just believe in a sort of fair use policy

How can you come to the conclusion that pizza is 10% of RRP from the available data? I don't understand

If you buy Pepsi in 7-11 or KK it is Rm3 already

And as we all know, restaurants have to mark up their products over and above commodity or retail price to account for overheads - come now, this is basic knowledge
