i think the normal crust changed already, cannot taste the bits of cheese in the dough anymore, thats why they having discount...before this the normal pepperoni still taste ok, but now i feel only pesto sauce pizza worth eating

I steam my unfinished pizzas, enough water to make everything soft, besides the edges.

classic hand tossed...i described it as cheesy bits but actually i'm not sure how to describe the taste...regular size and personal size previously will have difference in taste because of that ingredient, but now the regular is just like the personal and new york crust, all have the tasteless dough

bread comes out alright, not as good as fresh but it's not rock hard like what some people experienced.

I like my food at room temperature. But eating cold pizza is way better than piping hot molten pizza. Hot food kill my taste bud!

Me too..but not room temperature la. Has to be a balance between too hot and cool.. I do prefer my pizza piping hot though. Cold or cool cheesy pizza isn't as tasty to me.

I see... My first time doing such was 2 weeks ago.. Was resolved very fast. But had to be passed on to at least 3 different people to get it credited. After which, i had to hang up and call back, but this time to the ordering section. Then placed the order. Good thing is, still can use the online coupons during order placement. So I didn't lose any benefits. I suggest rather than let it waste, give it a try.
