I really believe they won't because even if you order food, they have minimum order before they can deliver. For kfc, it's rm20. For dominos, idk what the rules now, used to be rm20/personal pizza

But if you order food above minimum limit, they will deliver card to you too

Asked them on twitter at the same time I posted here few days ago. They said the card is eligible for delivery. No minimum order though.
