this might be branch-dependant. Some outlet have generous toppings while others have low standards. You can try another outlet and see if the pizza toppings differs.

what you can try snap a photo of pizza and post in their fb complaining about lack of topping. Sure they’ll do something about it.

There was one time my outlet forgot to add samyeong sauce on my pizza, and another time they forgot to put pineapple topping on my customized tuna temptation. Gave them a call and they immediately replace with another pizza, delivered it to my house and gave me a free pizza coupon.

Means they do listen to customer’s complaint. Doesn’t hurt to give it a try. smile.gif

I am skeptical that you guys dont find the ssamjeang beef source not spicy..

I am referring to the source that the draw on toppest layer on the pizza..
If you check the picture ilustration of ssamjeang beef pizza, you will notice there are this rectangular shape draw by source in very dark brown colour (just like bbq source colour)..
That is what I am referring to, and that source is typically made 1 % of whole pizza.. but the after affect is seriously  cry.gif  cry.gif

FYI, I do eat spicy stuff.

they use samyeong sauce for all three variety (beef/chicken/tuna). The sauce is spread on the pizza base and covered with cheese. Only beef that the sauce is again used for the upper decoration, whereas for tuna and chicken they used mayonaise.

TCF can be used for delivery. There's a few others but I'm not at home to check them out.

dun understand. not saved? Or they didn't make the modified pizza as you ordered? If that's the case, you can just call up the branch outlet and complain. Happened to me a few times and they replaced it with a new pizza.
