Yes yes yes. Me too. Mine also effect the sensitivit of the screen. So, how? Should we not use the tempered glass or change to usual screen protector?

I'm using tempered glass screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The sensitivity affected at the sides. Others are fine for me. But still acceptable.

It'll be good if you have the purchase receipt with you. I didn't bring mine with me and I couldn't remember the date of purchase offhand. So they put the first year warranty as starting from March 2016 (based on data on date of phone manufacture), and extended warranty begins from March 2017. I got home and checked, turns out I bought the phone in April... so rugi 1 month of warranty la LOL
