Btw, there is no mentioned about Batman batarang is included or not even in their T&C. If it's not included, then the batarang cost is almost RM1K ? Since in Singapore they sell it for RM5,069 (S$1688).  hmm.gif
*
The Batarang should come bundled as it is part of the package as shown in Samsung's official unboxing ad.

I hope so. Why they didn't put on the pre-order page and T&C there I also don't know. It's confusing people.
*
Maybe in their mind, the Batarang is just a decoration? laugh.gif

So u ordering it? The next Note will be launched around 3 months time. Not sure if worth to get the S7 Edge Injustice Edition now.

Finally, am back to the S7 Edge club again after selling off my (first SME batch pre-order) S7 Edge previously. biggrin.gif

So far for a waterproof phone, nothing really beats the S7 Edge now. Even the famous waterproof phone manufacturer Sony seems to have given up competing in the flagship smartphone arena by releasing subpar models. blush_ani.gif

My impressions of this S7 Edge Injustice Edition from the first few days of usage:-
- Superb aesthetics! The black frame is truly BLACK and it's a much darker shade compared to the Onyx Black S7 Edge I had before. The STEALTH look is just amazing. devil.gif
- The gold accents on the Samsung wording, earpiece, home button frame, rear camera lens frame, and Batman logo adds a really subtle touch to the phone, while not being too striking. cool2.gif
- The included case is truly awesome. It is not a soft-touch material (as some reviews might have said earlier) but does look as though it is made of that. Basically, it feels just like the Samsung Clear Cover that I had before for my previous S7 Edge.
- The 'Batarang' is just splendid and marvelous! The finishing is top-notch, as though it is laser-cut. Great for Batman fans indeed. lust.gif
- Voucher codes are included for the Injustice game for those who play it (maybe I will try the game soon), and also for the Oculus App Store (which is great if you are a GearVR fan like me).
- Other than this, it feels just like my previous S7 Edge internally (aside from the bundled pre-installed Batman theme, which is really AWESOME by they way!)

That's all for now. Cheers, and hope those of you who pre-ordered can get your sets tomorrow, and please share the free mystery gift that you should be getting! Mine is the standard set.

All in all, for those of you getting it for RM4,099, it is worth every single cent! Remember, if you get from Singapore, you need to fork out around RM5k!

Last but not least, let me share some photos below:- happy.gif

shockk Let me know your LE number range if you don't want to reveal the exact number.

Is that wireless stand charger is a free-gift or you bought separately?
*
My LE number not so good also like 1-20. Haha. I guess it is random one. Is the LE number shown on the box? May I'll check mine later. So far, I saw it on the back of the phone ingrained behind the glass.

Good for you. This phone will rock your world.
Don't let the price dropping fast bother you.

Heck, unique phone is more than enough to fill your day.  rclxms.gif
*
Nowadays, all phones are more or less the same internally already. What differentiates them are special characteristics such as design and outlook, and THAT is worth paying for. lol.gif

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Jun 23 2016, 07:48 PM)
Nice! Real Awesome! The back case design is extremely beauty.
*
Thanks bro. Agree with the case. I have to commend Samsung this time for a good job on the case. rclxms.gif

Real price is RM109? Ok not bad. laugh.gif

Wow nice! Actually this is considered acceptable since our pricing here is already RM4,099. You can use the RM1k you saved from getting the Singapore set (RM5k) and use it to buy all sorts of wonderful accessories instead. devil.gif

Which case and SP did you chose?

I went for the Spigen Ultra Hybrid this time. SP I took the same one you took. Haha. I think so far in the market it is the best already. grin.gif

Aside from the dead pixel, can we send the phone to Samsung SC just because of scratches? I wonder if anyone tried it here.

Cool. Mind showing a pic of yours? And is the Case Edition more expensive? I installed just the basic ClearCoat onto my previous S7 Edge.

Hi guys just got my s7 and got free tempered glass but stick already seem not nice. Is it necessary to put? I tot the glass already is some special cannot break glass?
*
Never ever put your s7 or s7 edge in your tight pants pocket as it can crack due to flex (such as sitting down or squatting).

Also, the Gorilla Glass 4 display on the s7 or s7 edge is easily scratched compared to previous Gorilla Glass versions. Better leave your screen protector there.

Anyone can share his/her user's experience on the dual sim (sim + sim and not sim + SD) functions and operations of S7?
Is there any major difference with other dual sim smartphone, including Samsung's lower-end models?
Any unique features in S7's dual sim management?
Can we set up 2 different profiles for sim 1 and sim 2 and swap between the profiles/sims easily without rebooting the phone?
Any recommendation on good 3rd party app that allows the installation of 2 whatapps app and accounts, and what are the limitations of these 3rd party app?
Thanks.
*
For dual WhatsApp on a single phone, the S7 edge can use the Samsung Knox app trick as shared earlier by a forumer here. Pretty neat trick and works well. thumbsup.gif

Just install Knox and install WhatsApp inside it. It will function properly as a second WhatsApp.

Where can I get the cheapest spigen crystal HD protector? 11street is RM89
*
It's actually quite hard to install the curved Spigen Crystal HD without any issues. I would recommend to get from a professional installer and let him do it for you like our bro sakurazz here.

QUOTE(ionStorm @ Jun 27 2016, 12:21 AM)
You can try Parallel Space

QUOTE(remix2040 @ Jun 27 2016, 12:29 AM)
I am now using Disa. An app that I fully endorse and recommend to anyone who is looking for 2 whatsapps on their phone.

For those who don't know. Disa works like a unified messenger app for SMS, FB messenger and WhatsApp and more to come in the future.

I am in constant contact with the development team of Disa. So, if you find any bugs or have any questions, feel free to ask me and i will take it up to the devs and have it fixed ASAP.

EDIT: added link here smile.gif
*
Is our data secure when using 3rd party apps like Parallel Space and Disa? At least with Samsung Knox, I can minimise the chance of my data being leaked to 3rd parties.

Got my S7 Edge over the weekend. Review and questions below:-

1. Love the lack of bloatware as compared to previous Samsung Galaxy(s)
2. Took some underwater photos
3. Got a Goosperry clear skin cover
4. Got a tempered glass but the glue around the edges wasn't great so it kind of popped up a little at the bottom.
5. Changed to TPU (rubber) screen protector
6. Spigen case does not allow you to have screen protectors apparently. My TPu screen protector peeled off when I put it on
7. The back near the camera can be quite warm.
8. Speaker after getting dunked underwater is not still OK.
9. Battery life was not too bad so far.
Questions:-

1. Do those waterproof, dustproof, fully enclosed cases work?
2. What about wallet cases?
3. Does TPU (rubber) screen protectors help with impact?
4. Which case has the best raise edge from screen to protect it most? I saw one that protects around the button that should help with impact but I'm not sure.
5. I watched the Otterbox Defender / S* Edge Youtube video and it wasn't all that great. The dude's phone stopped working
6. Do those armour guard and defender type cases really work?
*
I'm using Spigen Ultra Hybrid case with Spigen Curved HD Crystal Screen Protector. No peeling off right after putting the case on. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

First battery rundown test to 50% after a couple of days of usage on my new S7 Edge IE.

Managed to hit 4.5 hours of Screen-On Time (SOT) and 9 hours Standby, with 50% battery juice remaining. Pretty impressed again. rclxms.gif

As usual, extrapolating these results to a 0% battery level would mean that 9 hours SOT is very well within the capabilities of this amazing phone.

Thus, it seems that the latest firmware is just as good (if not better) than the very first firmware on my previous S7 Edge Onyx Black.

Usage wise is 50% WiFi, 50% LTE/3G, WhatsApp and Chrome used mainly, Average usage of camera, phone calls and other apps.

You have to connect your S7 Edge to a wireless fast charger first. Then it will suddenly appear. Yes, very weird indeed. lol.gif

That's the Wireless Fast Charger Stand right? I'm using that too.

Even in my previous Wireless Fast Charger Pad previously bought with my S7 Edge Onyx Black few months ago, the Fast Wireless Charging Toggle appeared only after I first charged it with the pad.

Yup. YMMV. But trust me, you can certainly YouTube a lot longer on the S7 Edge compared to many other flagship phones in the market. devil.gif thumbsup.gif

This is one of the reasons why I try to refrain from any updates. All these minor bugs can cause way more annoyance than the benefits of the update
