Where did u buy the Supcase?

Guys, how much for a screen replacement?
I just dropped my phone screen side down. Luckily my otterbox saved it from shattering. But it seems there's a "dead pixel" on the bottom left corner of the screen.

Guys, after replacing the screen, does the water proof features gone?
I watched a few videos on screen replacement, it needed a deep tear down to replace it.

Nope. I wanna go to their express sc, but i wonder if still got the waterproof features?

Coz i heard if screen replaced, no more waterproof features even if been repaired by Samsung.

Called Samsung, it wont effect waterproof. Obviously they'll use good sealant for the screen, coming from samsung, and the waterproof mostly rubber seal.
Unlike Sony.............they used flap on the Z3.

Just replaced my S7 Edge screen just now at One Utama SC.
I can say it's the best SC.
Sent at 12:05pm, and i received sms of pickup at 1:05pm.
The quality of the screen is flawless. Its like a brand new phone!

Supposed to be RM1160.50, but when i showed my screen, they said its a "manufacturing defect".
Its under warranty. They also said new stocks came in yesterday. Seems like screen replacement for S7 Edge is a normal thing. lol

Yea. I think curved screens are prone to cracks.

I called the sc before i go. Asked whether got stock or not.
If i'm not mistaken can reserve the spare part.

Basically i dropped it on the floor. Screen faced down. I heard that glass-hit-brick sound.
When i checked, no scratch at all. But when i on the phone, there's a small black spot like dead pixels.
Samsung claimed its an internal crack. That spot couldnt produce any colours.

Sent to SC, i showed the problem, just before i could explain it, he said "Manufacturer defect".
I didnt say anything. He said under warranty. Soooo, replaced for free.

But he quoted RM1160.50, when i called them a day before.

They claimed it wont mess with the waterproof, and that they have the waterproof test if i want it.
I thought they opened from the back to replace the screen, but my back SP is still there.
I'm sure they are fully equipped.
And my phone siap within 1hr.
